Show Guidelines

We will communicate with you the Tuesday prior to the event in a more detailed vendor letter.

April – November shows:

Load-in for booths is 6:00 am- 7:30 am Sunday.

Load-in for table vendors is 7:15 am – 7:45 am Sunday.

Every vendor will receive 2 wristbands per space at check in. Additional help will be charged $2 admission fee.

Rollover Policy: You are permitted 1 roll per season to keep your space. A roll is when you have already paid by the deadline and you are unable to attend. With a 7-day prior email notice, your payment will roll to the next event, your space filled but reserved for you next time. No shows and last minute cancellations will forfeit entire payment.

Weather Policy: This is a rain or shine event. If it is deemed necessary to cancel event due to extreme weather you will be notified by noon on Saturday. If we do cancel because of weather your rent will roll over to the next month you are available to do the Flea in the 2016 season. No shows results in forfeit of entire payment.

No reproductions, new imports or firearms.

Sales tax is 7% in Buncombe County. It is your responsibility to collect and pay it to the North Carolina Department of Revenue.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL, Per Alcohol Law Enforcement (ALE), you will get a hefty fine if you bring your own. THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER!! Anyone caught bringing in alcohol will be asked to leave immediately, will forfeit their rent and will not be allowed back at future markets.
